Location
Enter the property location here. For example - Al Sahab Tower, Jumeirah Beach Road, Dubai Marina. Do not enter property number or directions. These can be sent on confirmation of each rental.

Enter general facilities that are available at the property.

Accessibility
Does the property have good access for elderly or infirm guests? Are children or pets allowed?

Bedrooms
Describe each bedroom briefly including the number and type of beds (single or double) in each bedroom.

Suitable For
State who the property would be mostly suitable for. For example, short term holiday lets, corporate lets etc.

Preferred Rental Type
Enter your preferred rental type here. In general, long term lets give much higher utilisation and lower operating costs whereas holiday/short lets give better weekly returns although utilisation may not be as good as renting for longer periods. In general, you can expect higher operating costs and wear and tear when renting for short term or holiday lets.

Minimum Stay

Rental Currency

Rent per week
