



The Greens is a mid-rise resort style development featuring modern apartments overlooking lush gardens featuring swimming pool, fitness suite, childrens play area and communal barbeque areas.
Each apartment is set within one of four buildings clustered around gardens and pool giving a vibrant community feel. The close proximity of this development to Sheikh Zayed Road, Emirates Mall, Dubai Marina and Emirates Golf Club make them our most popular choice for longer rentals.
These modern apartments are air conditioned and feature kitchen area with cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer with breakfast bar. Apartments are fully equipped with bedding, towels, kitchen utensils crockery, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The apartments are ready to live in and are tastefully decorated with large balcony, some overlooking gardens and pool. We have a selection of studio, one bed and two bed apartments available. Studio and one bed apartments feature a bathroom with bath/shower. Two bed apartments feature en-suite bathroom off master bedroom (double) and a further shower room and wc adjacent to twin bedroom. All bedrooms are spacious and fitted with wardrobes.
Each block is patrolled by on site security and features underground parking with direct lift access to each floor. Taxis are plentiful and can be hailed outside the entrance to each block.
