How do I enquire about a specific property?
Easy! Simply click on the Booking Request link which will direct you to an online enquiry form. Simply complete the details on the form and we will get back to you with availability. You are under no obligation to book at this stage.
How much do you charge to book a property?
Quite simply, we don't charge renters a booking fee. We earn a percentage commission from the rental direct from the property owner. This way you are booking direct thus saving agency fees.
How do I pay for the rental?
You can pay us by several options. For advance bookings, we accept cheques in UAE Dirhams or GBP Pounds. Alternatively we accept credit cards, Paypal or bank transfers. Payment must be made upfront for short term lettings. Payment must be made monthly in advance for monthly rentals.

We are a UK based company with offices in Newcastle upon Tyne. We are affiliated with a leading rental agency and property management company in Dubai with many years experience and a portfolio of over 600 rental properties most of which are owned privately but managed by our affiliated partner in Dubai. What if anything goes wrong?
The rental agreement is between you (the renter) and the property owner or owners agent. We only use approved rental agents in Dubai who will be able to assist should anything go wrong.
Do you have any conditions of rental?
Yes. To confirm a rental booking, you must accept our booking conditions. A copy is available here.
What is the minimum rental period?
For most properties the minimum rental period is 4 nights. We may however be able to assist for shorter stays upon request subject to availability. Some private owners may stipulate a longer minimum stay period which will be clearly shown on the relevant page.
I am interested in becoming a landlord in Dubai but don't know where to start?
We are not property agents although we can advise on all aspects of buying property in Dubai and can recommend reputable agents. We can also arrange inspection trips to Dubai. The property rental market in Dubai is presently undersupplied with an acute shortage of properties and this is expected to continue for the foreseeable future as many new projects are delayed.
